Gina Canavan is a Production Designer and Set Decorator working and thriving in her native Los Angeles.

With a background in photography and graphic design spanning over a decade, Gina seamlessly transitioned into the Art Department. The foundation of her style is Postmodern design alive with vivid color and texture. From original set builds coming to life on a stage to redressing iconic and coveted film locations, Gina finds beauty in creating for any scenario. Gina commonly creates spaces for commercial projects, although she is highly experienced working in music videos, narrative film and events. She’s had the advantage of working domestically and internationally in the cities of New York, Miami, Austin, London, Sofia, and is open to work opportunities within or beyond these destinations.

In her free time Gina enjoys spending time with her Boston terrier Murphy or traveling outside of the US to learn art history and adopt inspiration from new places.
